Working Together: 

Whether you have a detailed plan or a more general sense of the Ceremony you want, be met where you’re at, with guiding questions designed to inform and shape the process as needed. 

I follow your lead to co-create an experience that is just for you – personalized, authentic, and memorable. 

• We meet for a free no-obligation consultation. At this point, we look at your ideas and discuss various possibilities.  We clarify what kind of Ceremony would best serve your needs and vision. 

• Depending on factors like the complexity, the preparation time and whether or not I officiate, I give you an estimate of the time involved to create your personalized ceremony after a full initial consultation and provide you with a quote of my fee.  

• If you decide to work with me, I leave you with a questionnaire to learn more about you, and you choose the structure and specific elements to include from options I provide: spoken word, symbolism, dance and movement, music and songs, and more.   

• Based on what you share, I begin drafting a Ceremony.  As time allows and depending on the degree of personalization you choose, we review, edit, and exchange up to three Ceremony drafts, until your Ceremony is shaped to your liking and you give your final approval on the script.    

• You have your Ceremony in person, led and facilitated by me, or by someone else of your choosing.  If you choose to be legally married in Ontario, at minimum I make the legal declarations in person and sign and submit your paperwork. If your Ceremony doesn’t have a legal component, have it anywhere within the region - in Eastern Ontario or Western Quebec.
